Enrollment for our Summer 2025 Program is full.
Fill out an interest form below so you can
be the first to hear about our group programs
throughout the year & get on our list for Summer 2026!
Consultation Call
After you submit your interest form someone will be in touch to offer you a 15-min consultation call.
Evaluation
An intake & evaluation session must be completed to assess your child and their goals. We will determine if Club Confident makes sense for them and if not, we will provide other treatment recommendations and referrals.
Prep Session
Based upon your child's unique needs, therapeutic prep session(s) may be required to help get your child ready for joining Club Confident.
Join the Club
Once your child is deemed 'ready' by the providing clinician we will go ahead and register them for the most appropriate Club Confident program. This will be based on your schedule, your child's age and their specific therapeutic needs.
