Camp Hours
Camp runs daily M-F from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. This schedule is recommended for most campers, though individualized modifications can be made when appropriate to best support each child’s needs.
Camp is held at 440 W. Main Street in Patchogue, NY, in a welcoming and thoughtfully designed space created with kids in mind.
Our property features a large, fully fenced backyard that provides a safe and secure environment for outdoor play. A spacious tent—offers shade and a comfortable break from the sun, allowing us to spend most of the day outside enjoying fresh air and activities.
During inclement weather (such as rain or extreme heat), we transition indoors to the Bloom Space building, where campers are grouped into smaller pods and rotate through activities across four dedicated play rooms.
We also maintain flexible indoor access throughout the day for any camper who may need a quieter space, a break from the group, or support with sensory regulation—ensuring every child feels comfortable, supported, and ready to participate.
The cost for the upcoming Club Confident Summer program is $2,500/week.
This works out to 25 hours of treatment at $100/hr. You will get a 30 min feedback session to go over your child's progress and plan the next steps for treatment.
All new patients are required to have intake evaluation, which includes a parent-only session, a child intake session, and feedback/treatment planning session. This is not included in the price of the program. These are billed at the clinicians regular hourly rate.
Club Confident Prep Sessions may be required to help get your child ready for the group setting. These are billed at the clinicians hourly rate.
**We want to make treatment available to all kids so please reach out to your insurance provider to see if you qualify for coverage.
**We also have scholarships and/or financial aid for those who qualify**
Upon signing the official registration agreement you will be responsible for to pay Child Psychology of Long Island the enrollment fee of $2,500/week for Club Confident.
50% deposit due: March 1, 2026
Remaining balance due: May 1, 2026
At parent/guardians sole discretion, they can withdraw child from the Club Confident Program at any time. If withdrawal occurs before June 1, 2026 CPOLI will refund the enrollment fee less a $500 administration fee (if CPOLI is able to enroll another child). After June 1, 2026 the enrollment fee is non-refundable.
We do not participate directly with any insurance plans. Full payment is required to complete registration for the program.
However, many families with out-of-network benefits have successfully received approximately 50–70% reimbursement of the total cost after submitting to their insurance.
Following the program, we provide a detailed superbill that includes all relevant CPT and diagnostic codes, which you can submit directly to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to understand your specific out-of-network benefits. We will give you a list of CPT codes and their associated costs to reference when contacting your insurance company. Please note that it is the family’s responsibility to work directly with their insurance company to obtain reimbursement.
After completing both the parent and child intake appointments and securing your child’s spot in camp, you’ll work with your provider to determine the most appropriate next steps leading up to the program.
For some families, no additional preparation is needed—your child will be ready to jump right in on day one. Other families may benefit from getting a head start through parent training and/or individual therapy sessions to build momentum before camp begins. These services are offered based upon current provider availability.
In addition, throughout late spring and early summer, we offer optional prep sessions for registered campers. These sessions are discussed during your feedback appointment and are thoughtfully planned to meet your child’s individual needs. They may be conducted with different staff members and, at times, alongside other enrolled campers. The goal is to increase comfort, build familiarity with the environment, and help your child get to know some of the faces they’ll see at Club Confident—setting them up for success.
Please note that prep sessions are not included in the camp fee and will be billed separately at standard clinical rates based on the provider.
